Community Guidelines

These guidelines help keep Isloo.com a safe, respectful, and useful marketplace for everyone. By using our platform, you agree to follow these standards. Violations may result in content removal, account warnings, or permanent suspension.

1. Respectful Communication

Treat all users with courtesy. Do not use offensive, abusive, or discriminatory language in listings, messages, or reviews. Harassment of any kind — including based on gender, religion, ethnicity, or nationality — will not be tolerated.

2. No Scams or Fraud

Attempting to defraud another user is strictly prohibited. This includes posting fake listings, requesting advance payments for items you do not intend to deliver, phishing for banking details, or using stolen payment methods. Violators will be permanently banned and reported to authorities.

3. No Counterfeit Products

Selling counterfeit or pirated goods — including fake branded items, copied software, or unauthorized replicas — is not allowed. Listings for counterfeit products will be removed immediately.

4. No Illegal Items

Any item that is illegal under Pakistani law is prohibited on Isloo. This includes drugs, weapons, stolen property, and more. See our Prohibited Items page for the full list.

5. No Misleading Advertisements

Listings must accurately describe the item or service being offered. Do not use misleading titles, false prices, or fake photos. Bait-and-switch tactics — advertising one item but offering a different one — are prohibited.

6. No Duplicate Listings

Posting the same item multiple times across different categories or locations is not allowed. Duplicate listings clutter the marketplace and reduce visibility for genuine sellers. Duplicate posts will be removed.

7. Reporting Abuse

If you encounter a listing or user that violates these guidelines, please report it using the Report button on the listing or profile, or email us at contactisloo.pk@gmail.com. Our moderation team reviews reports promptly and takes appropriate action.

8. Account Actions for Violations

Depending on the severity and frequency of violations, we may take the following actions:

• Warning: A first, minor violation may result in a written warning.
• Content Removal: Listings that violate our policies will be deleted.
• Temporary Suspension: Repeated violations may result in a temporary account ban.
• Permanent Ban: Serious violations such as fraud, illegal items, or harassment will result in permanent account closure.
