Welcome to Isloo.pk. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services. Isloo is a classified marketplace that connects buyers and sellers — we are not a party to any transaction between users.

1. User Responsibilities

You must be at least 18 years old to use Isloo. You agree to provide accurate information, use the platform lawfully, and not interfere with other users or the proper functioning of the site.

2. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide a valid email address and phone number for verification. One person may not create multiple accounts to circumvent listing limits or platform restrictions.

3. Listing Rules

• Listings must be accurate and match the actual item or service being offered.
• Photos must be of the actual item — stock images are not permitted for used goods.
• Prices must be clearly stated and in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• Duplicate listings for the same item are not allowed.
• Listings must be placed in the correct category.
• Each listing must comply with our Prohibited Items policy.

4. Prohibited Items

The full list of prohibited items is available on our Prohibited Items page. Posting a prohibited item may result in immediate removal of the listing and suspension of your account.

5. Fraud Prevention

We actively monitor for fraudulent activity. Users found engaging in scams, fake listings, phishing, or payment fraud will be permanently banned and reported to relevant authorities. Always follow our Safety Tips when transacting.

6. Marketplace Disclaimer

Isloo is a platform that facilitates connections between buyers and sellers. We do not verify the quality, safety, or legality of items listed. We are not responsible for the accuracy of listings, the conduct of users, or any transaction that takes place outside our platform.

7. Buyer & Seller Responsibilities

Buyers

• Inspect items before making payment whenever possible.
• Use safe payment methods and avoid advance payments to unverified sellers.
• Report suspicious listings or sellers to our support team.

Sellers

• Provide honest descriptions and real photos of your items.
• Respond promptly to buyer inquiries.
• Do not request advance payments for items you cannot deliver.

8. Premium Subscription Terms

Premium subscriptions are activated from your Isloo wallet and provide enhanced features such as unlimited listings, featured badges, and priority placement. Subscriptions are valid for the duration specified at purchase (typically 30 days) and are non-refundable once activated. See our Refund Policy for details.

9. Featured Listing Terms

Featured listings receive boosted visibility in search results. The featured status is activated immediately upon payment and lasts for the duration selected at purchase. Featured purchases are non-refundable after activation.

10. Wallet Usage

Your Isloo wallet stores prepaid balance that can be used for subscriptions, featured listings, and other paid features. Wallet top-ups are processed through PayFast. Wallet balance is non-transferable between accounts and cannot be withdrawn to a bank account.

11. Payment Terms

All payments are processed in Pakistani Rupees through PayFast. You authorize us to charge your wallet balance for purchases made on the platform. If a payment fails, the associated feature or listing will not be activated.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on Isloo.pk — including logos, designs, text, and code — is the property of Isloo or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission. Content you post remains your property, but you grant Isloo a license to display it on the platform.

13. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or applicable law. Suspended users lose access to their listings, wallet, and premium features.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Isloo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the preceding 12 months.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Islamabad, Pakistan.
