Isloo.pk provides digital marketplace services that connect buyers and sellers across Pakistan. This policy explains how our services are delivered and clarifies the responsibilities of all parties.

1. Nature of Our Services

Isloo is a digital classified marketplace. We provide an online platform where users can post listings, browse ads, communicate with each other, and access premium features. We do not sell, ship, or deliver physical products. All transactions for physical goods are arranged directly between buyers and sellers.

2. Premium Subscriptions

Premium subscriptions activate automatically immediately after a successful wallet payment. No manual activation is required. Once activated, you will see the premium badge on your profile, gain access to unlimited listings, and receive priority placement in search results for the duration of your subscription.

3. Featured Listings

Featured listing status activates immediately upon payment. Your listing will receive boosted visibility in relevant search results and category pages for the duration purchased.

4. Wallet Balance

Your Isloo wallet balance updates automatically after a successful top-up or purchase. If your wallet balance does not reflect a recent transaction, please allow a few minutes for processing. If the issue persists, contact us at contactisloo.pk@gmail.com.

5. Buyer and Seller Delivery Responsibilities

Isloo does not facilitate, manage, or guarantee the delivery of physical goods. Buyers and sellers are solely responsible for:

• Agreeing on delivery method, cost, and timeline.
• Inspecting items before finalizing payment.
• Arranging shipping, pickup, or handover.
• Resolving any disputes that arise after a transaction.

6. Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines depend entirely on the agreement between the buyer and seller. Isloo does not impose or enforce delivery deadlines. We recommend that both parties discuss and confirm delivery expectations before completing any transaction.

7. Digital Service Availability

Our platform is available 24/7, except during scheduled maintenance or unforeseen outages. We strive to maintain maximum uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Premium subscription durations are calculated in calendar days and are not extended for brief outages.
